Naturalook Academy’s education, certification and support are all 100% online! We are based in Montreal, Canada but we train and certify students all over the world.

Our classes are entirely online, allowing you to start as soon as you enroll! Each student progresses through the course modules at a pace that suits them best, and we offer support through our chat whenever you need it.

There is no ‘live’ online session to attend so you are free to study online at a time convenient for you. The advantage of this online course is that it’s entirely self-paced. You have the freedom to progress at a rate that suits you best, with every aspect of the course (and we truly mean every aspect) tailored to your individual needs and preferences! You have up to 3 months from date of enrolling to submit your case studies to us, to achieve your course certificate(s).

This online course includes immediate access to all course material and kit, so we do not offer refunds.

As access to the course is granted immediately, they are non-transferrable.

Absolutely! At Naturalook Academy, we value the effort and commitment put into our courses. Once you submit your quiz & assessments and it is assessed with a passing score, you’ll be awarded a certificate.

No prerequisites are necessary to enroll in our courses. They are designed to provide advanced education for everyone, from beginners to experienced hair artists looking to improve their skills. To sign up for a course, just add it to your cart.

Naturalook Academy offers our courses to everyone around the world, so the regulations in each country may differ from one another. Please make sure that you take the time to research the regulations in the country or state you reside in. Naturalook is not responsible for pre-screening and all due diligence is up to the individual purchasing courses to comply with their state regulations.

Absolutely, after you achieve your certification and successfully complete all assessments, you will be eligible for lifetime discounts on products.

After you enroll in the training, we’ll dispatch the kit to the address you provided during registration. For international orders, we use DHL or FedEx, while Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is complimentary within Canada. However, for locations outside of Canada, additional shipping fees will apply. We do not deliver to P.O boxes. All our packages are signature required to ensure that our products are getting to our customers safely. This protects your products from spoiling.

Once your order leaves the warehouse you will be provided with an email that will have your tracking information to follow along with! Shipping within Canada takes 2-4 business days. Please check your tracking information for further information.
